Today we're bringing you photos of all the lovely Snowdogs around the city centre! There are 10 to discover on Birmingham's new Christmas trail.

What's more, you can download a map for free and complete the trail without having to spend a penny! You'll find them at Ice Skate Birmingham, the Mailbox, the Piccadilly Arcade, the German Christmas Market, Bullring, Christmas in Cathedral Square and Great Western Arcade plus other key locations around the city.

The idea is to try to unscramble a series of 10 letters to spell a word. All money raised will go to Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.

The Central BID trail has been created by Wild in Art, the organisation that brought us the Penguin Parade and Walking with the Snowman in previous years. This project has been inspired by The Snowman™ and The Snowdog – the animated sequel to Raymond Briggs’ picture book The Snowman™.

Kate O’Callaghan, Project Manager at Wild in Art, said: "We're really excited to be continuing our ongoing partnership with Penguin Random House Children by bringing our Snowdogs to Birmingham. Visitors to the City will discover the magic of the trail and see how the artists have brought Raymond Briggs’ iconic character to life."
