Police searching for four teenagers who 'failed to return home from a camping trip' have found the car they were travelling in. The young men haven't been seen since Sunday morning (November 19), leaving one mum 'frantic with worry'.
Jevon Hirst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Henderson, and Hugo Morris, reportedly from Shrewsbury, were believed to be in the Harlech/Porthmadog area for the trip. But the alarm was raised when they didn't come home as planned.
The group were travelling in a silver Ford Fiesta, registration HY14 GVO, which has now been located by police. It comes after WalesOnline reported locals had spotted a police helicopter searching above Penrhyndeudraeth, as well as the Nantmor and Beddgelert areas. The coastguard helicopter from Caernarfon was also searching the area on Tuesday morning (November 21).

Relatives of the boys were now 'frantic with worry'. Sharing the police appeal on Facebook, Harvey's mum wrote: "I am frantic with worry, one of these boys is my son Harvey. Please, please, please share and tag anyone in Wales or get in touch with any information you may have."
An update from North Wales Police, released just after midday on Tuesday, said: "Officers searching for four missing teenagers in the Porthmadog area have located the vehicle they were travelling in. Emergency services were currently at the location and the families of those involved have been kept updated. Further info will be released when available."
