Cake International show at the NEC

King Charles III, Ozzy Osbourne and television show Stranger Things, all in cake

Cake International show is running at the NEC and there are the usual mix of weird and wonderful cakes on show.

Visitors can find a giant edible showpiece from Sugar Screams inspired by Stranger Things brimming with other-worldly monsters, supernatural horrors and some favourite characters from the show.

His Majesty the King, in all his sugar-coated glory with a stunning life-sized model celebrating our King, adorned with jewels from world class sugar artist Emma Jayne Cake Design.

Jane Lashbrook with a life-sized sculpture of Birmingham’s own wayward rock son ‘Ozzy Osbourne’, are all on display at the show.

The show runs from Friday 3rd November – Sunday 5th November 2023 9.30am – 5.00pm (4.30pm Sunday) where visitors can find all manner of cakes on display.

The finishing touches are applied to a life-size cake figure of King Charles III by sugar artist Emma Jayne of Emma Jayne Cake Design, on display at the Cake International show at the NEC.
