Luba Mushtuk has been rapped by BBC bosses after sparking a hotel security alert. BBC Strictly Come Dancing pro Luba got a telling off from BBC bosses after being caught smoking in her hotel room this weekend, according to reports in the Sun newspaper this evening.

The 34-year-old pro, who was dancing with Adam Thomas, headed to Blackpool for the annual special, which took place at the Tower Ballroom. An insider said: “Fans had gathered around the hotel to see the stars of the show and were surprised to see Luba smoking.

“She was standing at the window so everyone could see her. Bosses weren’t very happy. It’s not very in keeping with the Strictly brand. Everyone was worried the alarm would go off and everyone would have to pile into the street."

It comes after Adam and Luba were voted off the show a fortnight ago.
